Job Description:

- Handle the design & implementation of all Visual Merchandising activities across TMC showrooms
- Responsible for floor design, displays and all in-store promotional activities / events
- Do the visual merchandising for new store launches.
- Traveling regularly to the stores including up-country; ensuring the visual merchandising designs are implemented according to the set standards.
- Planning and executing works within mutually agreed deadlines.
- Ensure effective merchandising layout is implemented in relation to sales target and store objectives
- Guidance to store staff for display. Coordinate along with the managers in determining specific visual merchandising needs, such as fixtures, image photos and point of sale materials for store.
- Ensure stores are frequently visited and monitored to maintain visual merchandising standards
- Review and feedback on daily basis; reporting to GM

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / Post graduate Degree/ Diploma in Fashion Designing / Merchandising / Interior Designing from premier institutes / universities.
Age: Around 30 years. Females are preferred.
Work experience: 5 Years in visual merchandising in reputed Retail organizations preferably in Electronics / Furniture / Home decor showrooms. NIFT/NID Graduates would be preferred.
Technical: Sound knowledge & experience of MS office, Autocad & similar software
