Responsible for the day-to-day activities of one section of a
department or function. One point contact for escalations.

understanding of the entire operations function.
Manage system and IT implementation for functional area.

Develop and maintain relations with counterparties such as
brokers, institutional clients, hedge funds etc as well as regional
stakeholders.
Good understanding of IT infrastructure and productivity tools.
Should have a strong cross product and function links.
Audit and control focused.
Analyzing productivity and efficiency.
