Job Description:

Project Conceptualization - The candidate should be able to create new concepts for project based on the requirements given by the management
Land/space use strategy
The candidate should be able to advise the management on the optimum use of the available land/space based on the local statutory rules & regulations
Networking with Project/ laisioning architect /authorities to obtain approvals of Residential / commercial bldg in BMC, TMC, MBMC & CIDCO (VVSR) areas.
The candidate also will be responsible to ensure that the planning and preparation of drawings has been done as per D.C. Regulations and requirements of the company.
The, candidate should be able to get/review estimates /specifications, /BOQ’s/design given by the external agencies.
Coordinate with services and other project consultants.
Exposure of high-rise buildings and large commercial complex and hi end finishing/glazing etc. is desired.
Exposure to Retail is desired but not necessary

Desired Candidate Profile:

The candidates should be B. Arch/M.Arch from a well known university.
He should have at least 10 to 15 years of experience with reputed architectural firms /builders.

The candidate should be well versed with auto – cad and 3d software’s.


He should possess excellent oral & written communication skills.
