Job Description:
Solicits and identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail and the Internet to determine skills, experience, areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability and visa status.
Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner
Search resumes in various available Job Portals
Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds
Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level
Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position
Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate’s experience and requirement
Submit the profile of the candidate to Team Lead for approval.
Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the position.
Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment
Ensures appropriate paperwork is done for Placements
Acts as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant.
Take care of Clients Requirements and place Software professionals.
Negotiate on Salary aspects Assist Account Manager(s)/Team Lead with urgent technical requirements.
Update the Resourcing Application System routinely.
Experience with Third Party recruitment is must.

- In this project we provide the mail content of user on his mobile by sms without GPRS. (Wireless Messaging Service is used – JSR 120)
- IMAP4, POP3, SMTP, SSL supported.
- Interface is designed for Mobile to add, delete edit the information of user.
- User can also filter his mail by using Web Interface.
- User is also able to send the mail reply of mail from his mobile without GPRS
- He can also view from Web Interface so that he can find that how much mail he received and send.

Brief Description: Voter registration system was a small project through which people above 18 can register, so that they can be eligible for voting. Topic: Studies on calixarenes
Summary: Synthesis of new generation macromolecules calix (6) arenes and further synthesis of six versatile calixarene hydroxamic acids. Characterization of the synthesized molecule carried out by CHN, NMR IR, HPLC and Mass spectroscopy.
The physiochemical parameter like stability constants and thermodynamic functions like free energy, enthalpy and entropy were determined for each molecule.
Analytical properties of the synthesized reagents were studied by complexation with the metal ions like Titanium, Niobium, Vanadium and Tantalum. Separation of the difficult to separate ions like Niobium-
Tantalum was achieved. Sequential separation and determination of these metal ions in presence of associated and diverse ions was carried out by extraction-spectrophotometric methods. The metal complexes were analyzed by ICPAES and AAS.
Selective and specific methods were developed for the separation of these metals in standard samples.
