Preparing vouchers, presentations, purchase orders etc. Drafting general letters, Bank related letters & reports. Preparation of circulars, agenda & minutes of the meeting. Maintaining up to date filing system. Collecting information from Internet. Able to handle all Administration works. Making presentations on Power Point. Taking phone calls, attending visitors, doing office filing work. Excellent written and verbal English, Good typing speed, well versed with MS - excel. Assisting & independently handling all functions, communication. Opening, sorting and categorizing all incoming information, Processing all outgoing communication in the form of emails, letters. Scheduling appointments, meetings, Filing, recording, answering phones and providing information.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    Fluent in English, Shorthand and Well versed with MS Office, Outlook & Internet functions. Excellent communication & Presentation skills. The job is to assist the CEO, communication with clients through email, administration activities and other responsibilities assigned from time to time and performing other secretarial work. The employee would be responsible for managing day to day office work for the CEO. This would range of writing letters to sending out invites, managing email, appointment, running marketing campaigns, visits to client office, site visit and much more. Education: BE Civil preferable or Any graduate with good academic background from a reputed institute.
