Working as Assitant Operational Manager, Logistics Dealer’s Coordinator taking care warehousing, Logistics & Distribution operations of a large, well equipped & state of art warehouse. Warehousing/Stores

Distribution
- Processing of Customer Orders within stipulated time with high order allocation ratio & accuracy.
- Arrange dispatch of goods to various part of the country by dedicated trucks/courier companies. Reduce distribution cost by selecting efficient routes & consolidation of orders.
- Monitor transit time & freight cost. Analyze cost effectiveness & delivery performance, identify area of improvement, sharing with transporters to implement timely corrective measures.
- Handling loading/unloading activities, minimize waiting time, utilize material handling equipments.
