    Responsible for entire operations in Bakery & Pastry Kitchen. Must be a professional who can create cakes (Birthday, Wedding etc) decorative cakes,sweets,cookies & all kinds of desserts & pastries. Must b excellent in presentation & decoration of cakes & pastries.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management from recognized Hotel Management Schools. Well versed with bakery operations, Policies and Procedures, preferably with pre opening experience. young, friendly, pleasant, good interpersonal skills with positive energy and attitude. 1 to 6 years of quality experience from any five star hotels.
