    The candidate would be responsible for the entire kitchen staff, menu planning, training, budget preparation, controlling food costs, maintaining financial and inventory records, should have good knowledge of culinary nutrition and supervisory management on Indian, Continental and Chinese.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    Hotel management Graduate with minimum 8 to 10 yrs experience in Hotel or a reputed hospitality concern. An individual should have excellent communication, presentable and manpower management skills.
