    Urgent requirement-Technical Lead
    1. understanding of the security standards – IPSec, IKEv1/v2, VPN, L2TP, SSL, PKI, PKCS, Crypto Algorithms, AAA and Firewall
    2. Min of 5 years experience in real time software design and development of security protocols and applications for CE/Mobile devices (or network products)
    3. Hands-on experience in embedded Linux or any RTOS
    4. Deep knowledge of data structures, TCP/IP Network & Socket programming
    5. Knowledge of WiFi & Wireless security - 802.1x, 802.11i, EAP, WISPr is a big plus
    6. Good understanding of FIPS certification,Basic knowledge of HTTP, Web Server,Familiar with SEI CMM Level 5 practices
    7) Understand UI/GUI guidelines and functional requirements and mapping to platform calls.
    8) Deep analysis of application use-cases and design application architecture to achieve optimal performance and power efficiency.
    9) Investigate new solutions and technologies and make technical proposals.
    10)Take ownership of code written by you and design documents.
