Job Description:
? Responsible for the overall appearance of the meeting rooms, public areas, lobbies, entrances etc.
? To assign duties to the staff and give instructions regarding the standard procedures of the work.
? Any matter which may effect the interests of ACCOR should be brought to the attention of the Management.
? Handle additional responsibilities as and when delegated by the Management
? Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Mercure Homestead to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.
? Ensure that the team has been trained for all safety provisions.
? Motivate and develop staff to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.
? Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
? Provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide a range of effective and efficient services.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidates with a diploma/Degree in hotel Management.
Desired experience of 2-5years.
