Job Description:

1. Develop strategy for market mapping and catchment analysis for the stores.
2. Ensure planning of footfalls by store / month to define, develop and hence drive local marketing campaigns, based on understandings from the mapping exercise and inline with budgets defined.
3. Develop innovations in promotion strategy as well as facilitate cross promotions and tie-ups – both at regional as well as national level.
4. Develop plans along with BTL agencies on utilization of monies across various forms to optimize sales to spends ratio.
5. Analysis of spends at each store per activity and present the effectiveness report.
