- I Make Die Part (Bottom & Top) by using parting line called splitting
- Make the cam program for die layout, trimming tools, coining and generate the NC programs for the above by using UG CAM
- Continuous improvement in existing jobs towards cost reduction.
ATTAINMENTS :
- Individually made the Process design for Daimler Brackets, Tool Used : UG for Cad model, Without the 2D drawings for 4 parts.
- Reduce roller machining made in house by designing the fixture. Cost saved around rupee 1 Lakhs per sinking
- Machining Cycle time reduced by introducing the new tools and Options.
