    Job Description:

    -Identifying and confirming the client order requirements by coordinating both internally with MKS dept. as well as well as with the clients.
    - Communicating orders to vendors and planning their execution with regards to the artwork development, raw material planning etc..
    - Follow-up with contract manufacturers for the shipment delivery.
    - Communicating the delivery dates, sample dispatch details and other activities internally and by regular updating the ERP system.
    - Acting as a liaison between the vendor and various departments internally like QC, QA, Logistics, MKS etc... for trouble shooting purpose
    -Confirming Order requirements after order confirmation from clients.
    - Entry of client order details in the ERP system, creation of Purchase Orders and sending it to vendors.
    - Regular updating of the ERP system regarding order status, delivery dates etc..
    - Data Entry of shipping documents details like invoice, packing list etc.. in ERP

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    - Graduation in any stream preferably computer science
    - Functional knowledge on SCM modules (Inventory, Purchasing, Order management).
    - Functional knowledge on ERP modules like Customers and Contracts, Services, Time management would be added advantage
    - 2-3 Years hand on experience in any ERP module, working with a reputed pharmaceutical company.
