Job Description:
Participating in setting up of targets and delivering the ways and means of achieving the targets.
Responsible for the follow-up of daily sales report.
Responsible for the liaison with all the departments concerned.
Accountable for the appraisal of his sub-ordinates.
Auditing the stock, wastage and materials based on the weekly reports generated.
Coordinating with all the departments for the smooth functioning of the cafes.
Weekly attendance/staffing reports to HR.
Ensuring all the operation standards is maintained.
Ensure the Hygiene of the outlets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidates who have handled cafes / Retail Food Outlets/ Retail Store independently.
Should have handled outlets in multiple locations / high volume sales outlets.
Ready for travel and open to relocation.
Candidates with Management Degree preferred.
Good knowledge of Retail Food Markets.
