Job Description:

- Setup food hygiene certifications along with guidance from specialists
- Ensure that planned systems and processes are accurately implemented and followed by all packhouse staff.
- Regularly report to the management about the packhouse performance
- Evaluate potential of other products from the same growing areas
- Disseminate technical information setup by the technical team of the company

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate degree in Food Technology is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
- Prior knowledge and good understanding of food hygiene systems will be strongly preferred
- Advanced computer skills
- Good command over English language is essential
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong organizational and communication skills
