Description : This Project is a Fabricated work. In this project we prepared a composite material. We prepared then compare those materials mechanical properties with metals.
We were prepared that material by Hand lay-up process. Glass and woven fabric positioned manually open mold, resin was brushed, over and into the glass-satin plies. Entrapped air removed with squeege and rollers to laminated structure. A harder initiates curing in the resin system without external heat.
The Laminated composites consists of Epoxy resin as base material, Nylon6-6 and E-glass as filler materials was prepared and subjected to different tests such as Tensile Test, Compression test and Hardness Test.
