A Complete BMS solution which includes stand-alone system for FCUs serving the individual suites.Smoke management system for basement car park ventilation which includes CO sensors and its controls.
3. Al Banush Sports Club :- MEP – Project value – 24,880,000 Qrs – A Leisure club for Qatar fertilizer company which includes a sports complex building and club house building. There are 2 independent chilled water plants serving the buildings.
4. 7 Nos. of School around doha :- MEP – Project value – 42,000,000 Qrs – This is a DX type project which includes packaged A/C units of total 540 TR. Each zones controlled by by-pass type VAVs.
5. GMP Cell Therapy at Al- Amal Hospital :- MEP – Project value – 18,000,000 Qrs – Expansion of a hospital having a separate chilled water system having hygienic hospital grade AHUs, HEPA filters, Stainless steel perforated diffusers to attain and maintain the hygienic level in the laboratories and specialized areas.
6. 3 years maintenance of complete MEP of Qatar Univeristy campus buildings - MEP – Project value – 25,550,00 Qrs – The whole campus is streteched to 97 buildings having 2 energy centers and individual chillers in working conditions.
