Job Description:
The incumbent will have a Project Lead role and will be responsible for the day to day management and delivery of projects. He/She will be preparing project fee proposals, bids, budgets and identifying his/her team’s resource requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
The applicant must be a BE/B.Tech-Civil with good exposure of the Development Industry, having experience in dealing with clients, architects in this industry. Exp. in design of high rise building, IT Parks, Shopping Malls, SEZs etc. is essential.
