Job Description:

The candidate should be graduate in Architecture Engineering from a reputed Institute must have 9-13 years experience in design of buildins, inetriors etc for housing as well as commercial complexes. with preferably around 5 years in large integrated housing projects. He should be familiar with modern computer programs for design. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working in M S office is a must.
He should have knowledge of various codes and standards used in housing construction industry.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidates must be having B.E in Architecture with having 9 to 13 years total experience and from that at least 6 years experience in design of residential housing complexes.
Must have knowledge of modern computer tools for design. Ability to communicate with site, sub contractors as well architects with clear understanding of problems so as to be able to effectively contribute towards achieving objectives with overall efficiency and minimum cost.
