Job Description:

Responsible for entire Accounts management, finance.
Co-ordinate , monitor, review of the entire function, stabilization of systems and processes.
Uphold the values - ethical and culture of the organization
Design, modify develop and implement systems and procedures of accounts and finance functions.
Ensure compliance and liasoning with Income tax, Sales Tax, Service Tax, Auditors and other statutory requirements.
Identify and groom juniors for shouldering wider responsibilities.
Timely submission of MIS reports etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 15 years of experience out of which major period in Pharma industry. Last few years in a Managerial position with reputed pharma company.
Excellent communication skills, Inter personal Human relation skills
Excellent MIS skills.
