Job Description:

To handle conduct of operations in laboratory involving all sections

To handle day-to-day deployment of laboratory manpower resources between labs and phlebotomy area.

To handle consumables used at the laboratory and coordinate purchase, stocking and control of the same. To periodically monitor costs of materials and other overheads

To be involved in recruitment of new laboratory staff in coordination with the management.

To adhere to quality standards and process workflow as per NABL standard

To be responsible for all kind of NABL realted work.

To be responsible for maintenance of equipment used at various sections of the laboratory.

To coordinate sample flow and report between clinic and other referral laboratories. To carry out similar activity between smaller labs and the Clinic.

To understand the Clinic Management Software with specific reference to the Phlebotomy, Laboratory and Administrative Modules for the same.

To coordinate between the Microbiologist for reporting slides prepared in the section.
