    Job Description:
    * Assist in implementing the marketing & communications strategy.
    * Overseeing production of communication materials including but not limited to newspapers, brochures & websites & will have focus on PR.
    * Responsible for writing & overseeing production of all communication materials, including but not limited to the newsletter, brochures, email communications & website. Involves:
    * Editing & writing materials across the communication spectrum, including general marketing, PR, internal communications, stakeholder communications & online editing.
    * Working with design agnecy including preparing collaterals / company brochures.
    * Producing & updating other materials.
    * Writing & updating website as necessary.
    * Assist the Senior Management with co-ordination of the brand management & marketing activity including but not limited to events, staff training & collateral approval coordination.

    Involves:
    * Writing event / campaign materials - including promotional material, seminar presentations, program copy, advertising material to ensure consistency.
    * Coordinating creative & print production for events / campaigns.
    * Being a brand guardian, maintaining correct logo usage & adhering to brand guidelines both internally & externally.
    * Implementing of PR strategy under the direction of Senior Management including:
    * Assisting in formulating a PR Communications plan.
    * Develop a PR plan to promote distribution of articles/ white papers to business media.
    * Track media mentions & produce quarterly publicity reports.
    * Working on developing contacts with local PR opportunities & events.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    * 3-6 years experience in marketing / PR communications.
    * Extremely good communication skills (both written & verbal)
    * Ability to communicate effectively with the wide range of people.
    * Ability to work with deadlines, with multiple projects as any given time.
