Job Description:
1.State Head: 15 years – 20 years of marketing experience, should have headed Group of Products in Senior Management Cadre
2.Profit Centre Heads: 10+ years of marketing experience, should have worked as Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager and have preferably handled similar products
The Candidate should have experience in selling any of the Domain
Tiles Division / Clocks Division / Flower Pots Division / Handicrafts Division / Software Division / Web Division /FMCG Division
We are looking for Hiring across in India (Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai, Trivandrum, and other States)

Desired Candidate Profile:
STATE HEAD:
1. Capable of establishing the business in the state from the scratch to the desired targets within the timeframes
2. Shall handle various Profit Centres with multiple products in the State
3. Shall drive the Profit Centre Heads to their Targets
4. Shall be aggressive in generating revenues right from month-
5. Earlier experience in handling Multiple Marketing Managers

PROFIT CENTRE HEAD:
1. Capable of handling the profit centre independently, managing teams under him/her
2. Responsible for Revenue Generation from month-1
3. Quite Aggressive in driving the sales to the desired targets within deadlines
4. Prior Expertise in the Product is highly desirable
