1. Responsible for marketing of new projects & handling all sales related activities in Delhi / NCR.
2. Strategizing and implementing all Promotional activities.
3. Managing indirect sales through the broker network.
4. Managing Channel sales through distributors, dealers & HNIs & IPCs
5. Structure and manage sales setup, training team members to achieve optimal business results.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Education: BA/B.Com, MBA/PGDBM (not compulsary)
2. Yrs of experience: 10 to 20 in real estate marketing
3. Relevant experience in residential marketing high value products
4. Good communication, presentation, meticulous documentation.
5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with various players in the marketing channels.
