Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for candidates who has a passion for innovative marketing both online and offline. He will be marketing language services in Japan, China and other non-native countries. He will also be responsible to provide support to our Japan office for their marketing needs. We operate in a very niche market and one has to think out of the box to be successful.

Preferred Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of search engine optimization
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS
- Curiosity, ambition, creativity and willingness to work in a fast-pace environment
- Strong computer skills: MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical skills

Desired Candidate Profile:

Key responsibilities:
- Working on SEO and SEM for the company websites
- Track visitors trends and take action (website revisions, usability etc.) accordingly
- Identifying market gaps and taking appropriate action to tap them
- Analyzing and keeping a track of competitor activities
- Making pricing decisions for various services
- Plan and launch new campaigns
- Manage the marketing team of non-natives and designers
- Interact with the various departments to identify new products and services
- Interacting and coordinating with the designers to make websites, marketing material etc
