The Registered office of the society shall remain in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, and at the present it is at the following address: 496, Baljeet Pur, New Delhi 110039.

Area of work :
All over India

Aims and object of the society shall be :
a. To empower young Indians with right knowledge and information through well researched-designed education oriented strategies.
b. To start, establish, run, take over or manage and maintain Educational Institutions, with an object to provide international standard pre-primary, primary, middle, secondary, senior secondary, vocational training, higher education to children by seeking recognition, affiliation and accreditations as per the government guidelines and government rules.
c. To arrange and provide such medical aid and such other assistance necessary for living to the needy persons who are otherwise incapable or handicapped or mentally or physically retarded and financially uplift any person of poor class.
d. To render any social, moral and financial assistance for betterment of life of any unmarried girl or boy, widow or widower from time to time.
e. To conduct Research in Knowledge & Education, Employment & Entrepreneurship opportunities, strategies, policies, surveys, road maps, blue prints, and other disciplines on the different subjects relating to Education.
f. To start, maintain and assist in relief measures in those parts which are or become subjected to natural calamities like famine, fire, flood, earthquakes etc.
g. To research, design, publish, print, sell, upload, books, journals, booklet, magazine, directories, reports, tabloids, newspapers, news-letter, questionnaires, Compact Discs, websites, portals imparting knowledge and information on education, employment, entrepreneurship, up-liftment of socially weaker section of society, backward class/tribes/caste, girl child, women and youth.
h. To form common interest platforms, forums, associations, panel, board of like minded individuals/organizations willing to contribute towards social up-liftment, spreading awareness on education, employment, entrepreneurship, and youth and women empowerment.
i. To invite banks and financial institution, funding bodies, organizations, individuals on a common platform to offer funds, seed capital, scholarships for education purpose and entrepreneurship ventures.
j. To provide Food, Cloths, Medical aid, Stationery, Transportation, Libraries, Laboratories, Reading rooms, Hostels, Play Grounds, swimming pool and other possible facilities and Infrastructure to the students and to the members of the society.
k. To engage, employ or hire appropriate staff, workers, legal experts and other professionals, attorneys, managers and agents for the work in furtherance of the aims and objects of the society and to pay their wages, salaries, stipends or fees.
l. To arrange and organize various kinds of Child Welfare and Women Empowerment Programs/Activities.
