Job Description:

1.Manage and execute all activities pertaining to planning and designing a restaurant in Udaipur

2.Manage and execute all activities pertaining to running a restaurant in Udaipur

3.Provide support in all possible manner to aid development of new hotels

4.Play a key role in identifying new avenues for growth

Desired Candidate Profile:

The desired candidate should have experience of running restaurants in hotels and otherwise. Pre-opening experience will be given preference. The restaurant will be multicuisine in nature with emphasis on North Indian and Italian. Any direct experience in both these areas of cooking is desirable. Here are some other responsibilities which the selected candidate will have to take upon:

• Menu and Kitchen layout planning

• Recruit & train people for various position for the restaurant operation

• Identify and engage suppliers for ingredients as per the cuisine to be served

• Plan marketing of the restaurant prior and post launch

• Launch and operation of restaurant

• Utilize restaurant as training ground for upcoming and existing hotels in Rajasthan

• Identify new locations for restaurants
