Catering manager who can plan and organize food for 100 to 150 people in jaislmair site.
Meething expected food & hygiene standards and financial targets.
Having sound experience and knowledge in food estimation and mess management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Should have experience to handle 100 to 150 people.
Should have sound experience in catering more then 4 years.
This position is based at our site which is in between 50 to 200 kms away from jaisalmer in rajesthan.
Rotation : 5+1 (working pattern) no leave in 5 months on site then one month leave at the cost of the company.
Ready to stay at site without family.
