Job Description:
- Assist in preparing Letters of Appointment, joining papers and other documents for officer’s ratings, and supernumeraries.
- To attend out door duties as and when required for visa process, banking and other office related duties.
- To ensure timely document preparation and dispatch of sea staff.
- To forward letter of introduction to seafarer’s from data bank on a regular basis and to monitor the same on a weekly basis and report to the managers
- Making photocopies/Scanning
- Taking stationery inventory and submit to accounting supervisor on monthly basis
- Filing the documents as instructed by superiors- Preparation of personal files
- Data entry in a software
- To apply online visas, Hong Kong CRA
- Arrange boiler suits and medical slip for officers
- Preparation of Monthly DG shipping report etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate from any stream
Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills (Mandetory)
Shipping industry experience would be an added advanctage
