HEALTH,SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT SPECIALIST
An HSE Specialist with Mechanical Engineering background and transferable skills having extensive experience within large multinational projects in O&G and Power Plant is open to new challenges for immediate start!
NEBOSH INTERNATIONAL DIPLOMA,NEBOSH IGC, HAZID, QRA, HAZOPs, FTA/ ETA, JSA/ JHA, PTW, BBS, TOP SET Incident Investigation, Method Statement, Gap/ Trend/ Data Analysis, TBTs, ISO 14001 :2004, HGS 65, Internal Audit, Inspections/walk downs, training/ training presentations, administration, coaching, customer relations, meeting facilitation, record keeping, reporting, supervision, Microsoft office.
My employment history has touched different scopes of activity, and through various diverse roles I have built a sound foundation of knowledge and experience in addition to developing a range of transferable skills in the sphere of safety coordination on site and HSE training concerning construction, pre-/ commissioning, start up and operational activities through the project development
Occupational safety has always been an area of particular interest to me. I feel equally comfortable working directly with people in the field as a safety advisor, or as a trainer gathering the attention of different scale audiences, or yet as a team member facilitating or taking part in decision making or solving problems.
As a member of international HSE teams within international projects, I was very much involved into coordination of activities on sites working hand in hand with manual staff, group supervisors and managers rectifying the deficiencies on a day-to-day basis, as well as in development and implementation of technical and non-technical safety presentations and educational programmes while managing a team of instructors and liaising with different parties such as client, construction, commissioning, operations groups, subcontractors and local authorities.
Although my preference is that of rotational employment, I would not exclude any offers that deviated from this if it met with the above criteria. This remains applicable to continued work within the SH&E sector
