    The main aim of the project was to achieve First-in-First-out for a piece by reducing the frequency of the alterations/rework, more thorough Inline & Endline checking and many more, in a line with orders of different colors running one after another.
    My role :
    - Given a task to reduce the frequency of Alterations in the line and other problems that were creating problem in the Clearance of a Purchase Order in a single stroke, when orders of different colors are running in the line, one after another.
    - Firstly, I identified the problems like Improper Loading, Operator Skill, Parts mis-match, Re-cutting, Alterations, Critical operations and many more, that were leading to the situation
    - Secondly I concentrated on most Critical Problems and their Causes
    - And suggested them some solutions for the same, few out of which were Implemented, helping them further to run their line properly and systematically.
    Achievements
    - Stood 1st in 100m running at Intra-college Sports meet in my engineering college
    - Won the NFS-5 (LAN Gaming) even during engineering.
    - Was a part of Winning team in Football & 4x100m Relay held in College
    - Stood 2nd in 100m & Badminton at School Athletes in 10th Standard
