WE REQUIRE A WELL EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGER OR A SITE SUPERVISOR IN BANGALORE HAVING ATLEAST 4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING TURNKEY INTERIOR PROJECTS FOR HOTELS & OFFICES.

Since 1993 we have completed successfully many turnkey interior projects in Bangalore, and other cities like Mumbai, Hyderabad, Vishakapatnam, Jaipur, Chennai. Our commitment for high quality workmanship, timely completion and after sale services is proved by the long list of the corporate's apart from many satisfied clients and their repeated work orders.
# Since Last 14 Years we are Design & executing interior projects in & outside Bangalore.
# Projects Executed Ranging from 1000 Sft to 125000 Sft for Office, Healthcare, Retail, Hotels & Residence.

QUALITIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
BE CIVIL or DIPLOMA IN ENGINEERING OR DIPLOMA IN INTERIOR DESIGNING OR MINIMUM OF 10 YEARS OF PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING TURNKEY INTERIOR PROJECTS.

KEY DELIVERABLES OF THIS ROLE:
[LIST=1][*]SHOULD UNDERSTAND & READ INTERIOR / CIVIL / ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS THORUGHLY AND HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF METRIC MEASUREMENTS.[*]HANDLING LABOURS SKILLFULLY.[*]THOROUGH QUALITY CHECKS OF WORK BEING DONE AT SITE.[*]SHOULD SPEAK ATLEAST ENGLISH, TAMIL, KANNADA & HINDI LANGUAGES.[*]KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTERS AND SHOULD BE EXPERIENCED IN MS EXCEL, MS WORD.[*]MULTI TASKING ABILITY.[*]SHOULD BE ABLE TO WORK IN ANY PART OF THE SOUTH INDIA.[*]HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF PREPARING QUOTATIONS IN MS EXCEL.[/LIST]

We require a talented, dynamic, hardworking person to handle our turnkey interiors office projects in Bangalore and Chennai.

He should have minimum 2-3 Years experience in this field and qualification should be Graduate / Interior Design Diploma Holder / BE Civil / Diploma in Civil.

He should a good knowledge and experience in:

1. Executing Interior Office Projects
2. Well knowledge of Metric Measurements and How to measure interior works at site.
3. Should have a sound knowledge to check quality and execution of works like gypsum partitions, glass partitions, false ceiling, grid ceiling, tile laying, granite and marble laying, carpentry and joinery works, alignments and degrees, storage cabinets and optional (Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC works)
4. Should know atleast languages like Tamil, English and Hindi.
5. Should have a two wheeler (Petrol will be provided by us)
6. Should have a knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Internet, Email and Autocad (Optional)
7. Should have a good knowledge of Understanding the Drawings and Details in it and executing the work as per that.
8. Should be prepared to stay there and handle projects in bangalore and chennai.
9. Should be capable to understand our quality manual and execute the projects based on that and should send daily progress reports to us.
10. Should co-ordinate will labours, clients and architects tactfully and peacefully.

We would give a initial salary of 12000-18000 PM based on Talent and Petrol, Mobile and Food allowances will be given by us.
