Job Description:

- Managing the legal affairs of the company. Drafting, reviewing and advising on corporate policies and providing legal opinions on management queries.
- Vetting, creating and implementing contracts and regulations for the same;
- Contract review and negotiation with channels, artists,
consultants and vendors;
- Creating and implementing standard contracts across the board, including contracts for talent, consultants, technical and production crew, vendors and employees. Creating process flows for contracts and managing the same;
- Advising the management in formulating and implementing business plans and strategies;
- Statutory Compliances;
- Co-ordination and management of litigation and arbitration matters, including engagement and co-ordination with external counsels;
- Provision of legal support to the operations, finance and human resources departments of the company.

Incumbent Should be a Law Graduate, having excellent communication and drafting skills. Should have some exposure to entertainment industry. Candidates having worked in film production are preferred.
