Job Description:
Technical Qualification
- Basic ticketing course from a reputed Institute (IATA course)
- CRS certificate holder (Galileo or Amadeus)
- Air India ticketing/ training preferred
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in an IATA travel agency
- Experience in ticketing- both PNR creation & auto ticketing (both domestic & international)
- Experience in promoting tour packages - both domestic & international
- Exposure to FIT (Frequent Independent Traveller), group bookings, itinerary, costing, commission structure etc
- Rapport with airlines, consulates, associations (Like TAAI/ TAFI) etc
