* He /She should be qualified architect having degree in B.Arch from a reputed institution.
* Should have minimum 0-2 yrs of experience in residential / commercial / institutional buildings and townships including landscaping and town planning.
* Experienced in handling interior designing of all kinds and detail working drawings
* Proficiency in AutoCAD a must, and Photoshop and other related software’s.
* Should be a good team player with a high level of motivation.
* Design and preparation of presentation and working drawings.
* Co-ordinating with clients and services consultants, preparation of tender drawings and documents.
* Co-ordinating with various agencies for proper execution of work.
