We are immediately looking for Legal Manager with our Client.

Skills & Experience Required

MANAGER-LEGAL: Qualification: LLB, preferably from a premier law institute in India. Experience:experience in working with corporate having a multi-national presence or with a leading law firm handling one or more of the above job responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities: • CONTRACTS: o Drafting, reviewing contracts/ agreements with global customers relating to IT/ITES businesses for identifying and reducing legal risks. o Interacting with business teams on risk clauses. o Negotiating with customers, customers’ counsels to conclude contracts/ agreements. • COMPLIANCE: Handling compliance audits in maintaining a culture of compliance. • LITIGATION: Initiating and defending corporate litigations in India and overseas. • OTHERS: Training business teams on legal contracts and compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education : LLB( Law degree from highly regarded school like National Law School,Symbiosis )
