Key Objectives of the Job : To be responsible for the Legal function of A WORLD LEADER and extend support, in the areas of Legal to its Subsidiaries and Joint Ventures. Should be able to set up and manage corporate legal department. Major Deliverables : · To set up and manage Corporate Legal department. · Design and generate various MIS Reports to facilitate Management Decisions. · Providing information to the top management for strategic decision making. · To deal with all corporate legal matters including compliances under the Companies Act and allied legislations. · To deal with all legal issues in relation to the business and activities of the Company including scrutiny and finalisation of contracts, agreements etc. · To deal with all requirements and ensure compliances under the various laws and regulations as applicable.

Manager (Legal) with work exp of 4-6 or 7 yrs Education Qualification : LLB – Corporate Law Essential Attributes: • Conceptual clarity and working experience in various Legal matters and processes that are of high importance to the business • Proven execution skills. • Ability to network and interact with senior executives within the Group. • Interact with internal & external customers with a positive approach. • Ability to work in an unstructured work situation with multiple demands. • Excellent Presentation, Communication and interpersonal skills.
