Job Description:

Acquisition of land at various stages and procurement of revenue documents for obtaining clear legal opinion.Preliminary scrutiny of title of property at the stage of acquisition of land and finding out prima facie title of the land before initiating any activities.Drafting and documentation of nomination & procurement agreements,Agreement for sale , Deed of Sale , Capable of handling litigation matters pending before various courts , coordinating with the liaison departments , Interaction and coordination with law firms of the company in clearing final title report , investigation of title etc.,
