Job Description:

Drafting, reviewing & vetting various contracts / agreements / Deeds / Affidavit / MOVS
Drafting of written statements, issuing and replying statutory legal notices, counters, company petitions, complaints etc
Providing professional and strategic advice to the senior management on legal-related matters
Dealing with Govt., Semi Govt authorities and also attending hearings before the collector and other authorities (as and when required)
Appear for proceedings pending in various courts, tribunals, forums, etc. and keep a track of cases & update status from time to time
Coordinating with all the departments to assist in legal and compliance aspects
Overseeing the compliance of labour laws
Statutory compliances and due diligence

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience in corporate law preferably more than 3 years
Knowledge of Labour laws and exposure to UK and US law would be an added advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines
