Job Description:

We are looking for a candidate who has a working knowledge and experience in preparing Form 10-Qs, 10-Ks, S-8s, Proxy documents, S-1s, etc. as well as other public offering documents. Furthermore, the candidate should be knowledgeable of the FINRA (Financial Industry Reporting Agency). The candidate should have prepared the initial draft of the Form 10ks/Qs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Should have minimum 3 years experience in filing such returns
Should have independently handled the charge
Should be self starter
Should have experience in the following:

10K, 10Q, 8K and Proxy Statement SEC reporting.

Reveiw of all financial reports prepared for the SEC, shareholders, regulators and the company Board of Directors.

Major changes in XBRL, MD&A improvements and external reporting.
