    Merchandising:
    a) Receiving the sample requests from the Merchandisers.
    b) Getting the buyers requests details and comments from the buyers representatives
    c) Discussing and analyzing with the sampling in charge about the technical aspects and production feasibility aspects.
    d) If required will make involve of the R&D dept to get better solutions.
    e) Then will consult with the merchandisers about the possibilities of the buyer’s requests and will make the buyer to accept the changes if any by explaining the technical difficulties.
    f) Suggestion sheet will be attached with the request and will be passed out through all the depts with their comments and findings.

    Planning:
    a) At once receiving the requests we will plan for the next step according to the need of the particular style.
    b) Request will processed and planned by FCFS (First come, first serve) method.
    c) Daily Planning.-- Daily planning will be prepared by evening session to feed all the depts. (Sampling fabric dept, cutting dept, print and embroidery dept, Panel check dept, Accessories dept, sewing dept, checking, ironing and packing dept)
    d) Proposal weekly Planning.-- Every week Saturday making a consolidated weekly planning to balance the machines.

    Cutting:
    a) Cutting program will be given to cutting in charge and will be followed whether it is been taken as per the plan , only then which will not disturb the regular sewing and printing plans
    b) Cut and packed bundle will be cross verified to check whether it contains all the accessories parts, later stage cutting of accessories, may disturb the sewing. Missing of print parts will make the print plan worse.

    Printing:
    a) Cut parts sending to printing (or) embroidery units will be checked whether it contains the followings cutting parts, buyer art work, film, punching cd, placement pattern, and strike off approval with buyer comments.

    Panel checking:
    a) All the print and embroidery parts will be checked with the original approved art work by the QC dept and then will be fed in to the sewing lines to avoid the confusions later.
    b) Additional fabric will be sent to make a strike off of print and embroidery along with the PP sample,
    c) The strike off will be done wash test, the pps will be sent to buyer if the strike offs with stand only up to 3 wash.

    Accessories:
    a) Trims for the PP sample will be provided by the Merchandisers; else available trims will be arranged from the stores by us simultaneously at the time of cutting.

    Sewing:
    a) Workmanship will be checked with the relevant tech sheet and finalized; discussed method of sewing will be implemented.
    b) Sewing will be done as per the Planning to meet out the commitment.

    Finishing:
    a) Checking dept is trained to do the checking in clock wise method.
    b) Checked garments will be sent to panel dept washing if any.

    Quality Assurance:
    a) All the samples will be offered to QA Dept with the Request sheet, and then the passed pcs will be hand over to the Planning dept and then will be given to the Merchandisers.
    b) Mmt spec, Qa comments sheet and suggestion sheets will be hand over to the merchants with their samples by having a photo copy of the same with us.
