Job description:
Senior Program Manager

Program Management skills with proven experience and Leadership Skills, with functional or technical or techno/functional background.

- Overall 15 to 18 years of Industry experience and experience in managing large multi country implementation of Oracle Financials
- Experience in handling large Oracle implementation programs preferably financials
- Effectively manage multiple initiatives, programs/projects with multiple projects running in high priority and visibility
- Ability to identify opportunities and plan and leverage them in a timely fashion by reaching out to seniors from SOG and vertical
- Stay alert and watchful of competition moves to ensure ’s position stays fortified within all the projects we are involved with.
- Good communication and articulation skills
- Skilled in creating and making impressive presentations
- Excellent Client facing skills
- Ability to manage and get along with high profile senior consultants from B5 consulting background
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Very strong inter personal skills
- Past experience in managing large size onsite/offshore based implementation projects. Onsite-offshore delivery model exposure is a must
- Handle escalations and manage project interdependencies and work with other project teams to ensure timely delivery of the overall portfolio
- Ability to Identify risks and take preventative measures
- Knowledge of Project management methodologies, preferable PMP certification
- Work with client business users, Oracle Applications and Legacy teams to prioritize work and ensure delivery of work products as per plan
- Relationship management
- Ability to synch with Senior management and run meeting independently
- Discuss project health and status with customer team
- Big 5 Consulting experience will be plus

Oracle Applications related experience
- Thorough understanding on Oracle Release 12 and EBS 11.5.10.2 in Financials (AP,AR,GL,FA,CM)
- Drive design and delivery of prototypes and workshops involving technical & functional consultants.
- Guide and assist customer in best practices of implementing Oracle Applications and avoiding customizations
- Experience in developing Roadmap along with future architecture of the ERP and supporting platform.
- Experience in identifying the deliverables for the roadmap planning activity

Qualification: MBA, Technical Background, CA/CPA, PMP
Oracle Applications experience: at least 10 years with 5+ implementations and at least 2 implementations with Program Manager Role

Prefer at least 3 to 5 years of Big 5 consulting experience (has to manage at least two other consultants with B5 experience)
Multiple complex scale Oracle Financials full cycle implementations experience
