Job Description:

Application Domain Specific Skills : Basic engineering knowledge. Knowledge of assembly, machining processes. Sequence of assembly.

Specific Tools : Casting mfg.-Must have knowledge of Sand casting, Gravity die casting, & pressure (Low & High) die casting processes & design knowledge.
Pro/E- Must be expert in modeling & detailing complex components like cylinder head, crankcase. Must know Surface modeling.
Technical Skills : Automotive casting as well as basic engineering knowledge

Application Domain Specific Skills : Should know casting/forging manufacturing processes knowledge. Must be familiar with Engine terminology & their application/usage.
Any Other Skills or Exposure: Good in communication, GD & T and drawing reading

Should have experience in designing the engine parts or engine periphery like:
Exhaust system
Cooling system
Drive train
Valve train
Powertrain Components
Cylinder head
Intake system
Engine Block
Cyl Head Gasket/Engine Fan/Engine mounts
Fuel injection system

Desired Candidate Profile:

In this project, we designed straight bevel gear and nodal analysis is carried out for differential gearing. Modeling is done using CATIA software & Simulation done using ANSYS for deflection and stress analysis.
This project tends the design towards optimization and allows a full flexibility to designer to take important decisions.
2. Fabrication of portable “Floor Cleaning and Drying machine” for commercial applications.
This project is done at diploma level. We present idea for combined unit for cleaning and drying floor with minimum effort. We design & manufacture casing, heating rod, blower selection and support structure required for it. This device is portable & weighing of only 15 kg.
