Job Profile:

Handling end to end recruitments – identifying right candidate for the right job
To develop business by maintaining clientage & expanding clientage, will be responsible for account management
Understand, map the client's requirement and execute the assignment within reasonable turnaround time
Sourcing candidates through Job portals, Head-Hunting, Networking etc,
Screening the profiles, Interviewing & shortlisting candidates as per clients requirement
Arranging interviews, Follow up with client for feedback, closures and collection of payments
