- One year service in the charitable organization (Sisters Adorers Navojyoti Dan) for the cause of empowering and accompanying the deserted young girls and boys age group 6 to 11 and unwed mothers in Mumbai and Goa.
- Three years worked in West Bengal (Liluah) for the street children and teen aged daughters of the commercial sex workers from the red light areas of Kalighat, Chethla and Bowbazar.
- One year with 35 children between age group of 13-18 in Kharagpur, West Bengal. Most of them had no parents or any family connections. I worked for the cause of their whole some growth through counseling, helping them in their studies, imparting moral and value education, occupation therapy, life skill training etc.
- Two years in charge of 15 young girls of age group13-22 in the centre of Rehabilitation at Christopher Road Kolkata.
- Three years in Siliguri, (Darjeeling dist.) worked for the same cause of rehabilitation of young girls and rescuing the traffic victims.
- One year with Don Bosco and New Light, working for the cause of protecting and education of young girls and boys, street children, and women at high risk of trafficking and HIV/AIDS.
- Three years actively involved in the cause of fishermen and women in Puri, Orissa. Ensuring weekly meetings, identification of problems, analysis, decision, and action on health, education, voluntary work and economic programmes.

Professional Qualification :

MSW from Vidyasagar University. Specialization on ‘Women welfare and development’.

- Voluntary service towards the victims of Orissa Supper Cyclone-1999.
