Job Description:
-Ensuring the smooth execution of the EMT Training both foundation and Refresher courses.
-Coordinating with the HR training and development team for generating program calendar.
-Scheduling the medical training.
-Planning the faculty requirements.
-Coordination with the Regional mangers and District managers for training programmes, especially for refresher training programmes.
-Coordinate with the Government hospitals for foundation training- includes regular meetings with hospital authorities.
-Ensure training hours for faculty in EM-learning.
-Organize first responder programmes for Community, Volunteers and Staff.

Desired Candidate Profile:
MBBS ( +MD) Physicians trained emergency medicine, Critical Care , Casualty, with ACLS /BLS certifications ( preferred)
