Description : Our client is a leading finance consultant; the client is looking for the business enhancements to get the competitive edge in the market. The client has a need for an analytical data warehouse, since it is a finance facilitator; company has links with many business partners. The company is searching for software by which it can make better business decisions. The project involved in disbursal of loan amounts for various purposes like: Personal Loan, Vehicle Loan, Housing Loan, Consumer Durable Loans, etc. The company requires different level of analysis regarding loan amount, type of customers, type of payment schedules, interest rates (variable or fixed), defaulters list and the penal interest calculations, etc. The data warehouse (basically it is a Data Mart as it covers only one domain of the business process), Captures data from their Transactional sources. Its initial goal is to Pool Data from all the locations at the given interval and integrates at the central location by using ETL tool datastage7.5 so client can get different business related report using reporting build the capability to better analyze business (present and history) depending on various criteria.
