    Job Description:
    Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager and the Country Manager, the candidate is to support the sales team in a fast growing organization based on core values such as Creativity, Customer, Change, Communication and Trustworthiness. Position is based at New Delhi. The candidate must have extensive experience with proven track record to undertake a spectrum of duties as follows:

    Planning, developing and executing of end users and channel demand generation programs
    Events planning and organization such as training, seminar, tradeshows and product launches
    Driving of direct marketing campaigns
    Management of tele-sales force
    Advertising and promotions (print and web)
    Managing public relations and media communications

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    Preferably 12-15 years similar working experience in the IT industry
    Skilled in channel marketing, communications and promotion
    Experience in media planning required
    Dynamic, confident, self-starter with strong team player spirit, initiative and results-oriented
    Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    Good communication, presentation and report writing skills
    Good command of English
