Job title: Back-Office
The primary responsibility for an associate is A‘Workout Plan’ (including repayment plan) is finalized for a borrower over the phone, the respective associate handling the ‘Workout’ mails the ‘Workout Package’ to the borrower. At this stage, Associates in the Workout Package Indexing (WPI) index these documents by product and type (‘repayment plan’, etc.). The workout package to be indexed can be between 1-40 pages in total.
