    Job Description:
    * Implementation, development and management of integrated key account plans and strategies for local and regional domestic Indian project and commodity sales. These will need to be effectively managed in order to deliver agreed monthly and annual sales targets.
    * Implementation of the formal sales structure and process, including effective sales prospecting and targeting, follow through and execution, as well as full utilization of effective sales tools including an effective sales pipeline structure.
    * Negotiation of commercial terms with local and regional accounts within the assigned Indian regional territory.
    * Development and execution of the strategic 12 month sales & marketing plan for assigned part of Indian Territory including promotional co-op plans with channel partners to ensure that effective “sell through” is managed and monitored.
    * Provide technical support to customers of Pilkington India.
    * Provide monthly business report and adhoc sales reports & market information for MIS activities.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    * Post Graduation with ‘Marketing Management’ as a specialization. Engineering background would be an added advantage.
    * Applicant should have worked in Building Products Segment, preferably in Glass domain.
